One of our major customers (Mark Rice /estate Agents) asked us to remodel a vacant property ready for rental. All the downstairs was in need of painting, the kitchen and the front room where in most need of painting. The paint used was professional Vinyl Silk Magnolia and it gives the room a clean sheen and as the property is a rental it allows for the walls to be washed down if required in the future.
