The project included removal of existing Lime Plaster back to the brickwork, repairs to the brickwork to stabilise it, framing out the entire room to plumb, installation of thermal insulation to 3 walls, installation of acoustic insulation to an adjacent wall, installation of drywall throughout, upgrade to new double 2.1A USB Socket Outlets, upgrade to remote ceiling fan, new trims, architraves and skirtings.
