This is a recent November / December / Jan 2017 - 2018 Bespoke project to completely change around a huge single bathroom into an En Suite adjacent to the bedroom and a master bathroom.
The project included the following.
Complete Stripout, Chasing out of the solid concrete floor for new water, waste water and heating pipework positions, re cementing the floor, Self Levelling the entire floor, Quick-Step Underlay and Flooring throughout, 2x new door positions cut through solid walls including new concrete lintels and then blocking up the existing old doorways, Dot & Dab plasterboard, partial skimming of wall where necessary, bunding and sealing of all wet areas to provide a watertight seal around the bath and showers, Alterations and additions to the cornicing, new stud wall created from construction grade timber (50 x 100mm) not cheap CLS!, drywalling throughout new walls, painting, 9 new IP65 LED Lights, 2 new 3 pole isolators and inline extract for the two seperate showers, boxing in where necessary, ceramic shower trays low level, new chrome and glass cubicles, tiling throughout both rooms wall to floor, new skirting throughout, new power showers fed from the central heating through a booster pump, new bath and taps 2 new sinks and taps and all the trimmings to go with it.
